Unfortunately\, often conflict in organizations is avoided or swept under the rug. Occasionally\, a conflict becomes so large that it threatens to rip apart a team\, create an unpleasant working environment\, or reduce productivity. \nBut it doesn’t have to be destructive. Within conflict\, there is often very important information seeking expression. A change leader’s ability to allow that information to emerge and successfully navigate through conflict is the gateway to the success of teams\, change initiatives\, and organizations. \nIn this interactive session\, participants gain exposure to and experience with a technique that they can use with groups facing conflict.
