Boston CoResolve: Introduction to Deep Democracy for Leaders

Over the past couple of years, I’ve been learning an exciting new method for conflict resolution called the Lewis Method of Deep Democracy. Developed in South Africa to help people work through the aftermath of apartheid, it allows people to dive into conflict in a safe, “real” way. This approach is really powerful – it works for leaders seeking to help their organization work through tough issues and consultants who want to add a powerful conflict-resolution tool to their portfolio. I love this methodology!

In April, Aduro Consulting is co-sponsoring (with Essential Partners) a two-day workshop in Boston and I’m inviting you to attend. This CoResolve workshop is the foundational course in the Deep Democracy series. It provides the theory, instruction, and practice you’ll need to begin using the most powerful and essential tools of Deep Democracy in your leadership.
