Mapping Austin's Adolescent Health System Using Value Network Analysis

Mapping Austin’s Adolescent Health System Using Value Network Analysis

This workshop provides a case study of how we used Value Network Analysis to map Austin’s adolescent health system. We walk participants through the process and teach the basics of how to use this exciting, new technique for visualizing complex systems and mapping ecosystems. This case study was featured in Nonprofit Quarterly.

Presented with Stephanie Nestlerode of Omega Point International and Nikki Trevino of the Austin / Travis County Department of Health and Human Services.

UPDATE: Thanks to all who attended! We had a great session. Here’s what participants had to say:

  • Very well done. It was a lot of complex information presented with visuals (and jokes) that allowed me to really leave here with a tangible understanding.
  • Great blend of process and content. Valuable tool and approach. Well done.
  • Very interesting and engaging.
  • Awesome!
